It really is those little things that make the difference.

We received a job for enclosing and mailing out that with the smallest tweak I believe could improve the ROI on the campaign.

The job involved sending 5 copies of one leaflet to various schools promoting a particular college’s open days.  Great!  However there is nothing with those leaflets telling the recipient what to do with them.  It might sound silly but a simple instruction or request would make a difference such as ‘please hand these to interested students’ or ‘please put these leaflets on display where they will be seen by school leavers’ or anything along those lines.

Make sure your message is clear and remember that a simple ask can really make a difference to results achieved!
